Viaante’s journey began in 2011 by a group of first-generation entrepreneurs who established their careers in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry aligned together with a common vision i.e. to offer a transformational business process outsourcing services keeping our customer’s business needs in focus.

The leadership team at Viaante has over four decades of combined experience in setting and scaling-up of start-ups. Our people make us what we are today. They come from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and profession each specializing in their own area of expertise helping us make our processes strong and skill-sets deep

Our solutions are practical and holistic, addressing the challenges facing the Industry today. Here at Viaante we focus on – improving processes, optimizing technology and building trusted relationships with our clients, enabling clients to focus on their core business while we optimize their backend operations by implementing the latest technology and best practices. We ensure the maximization of each encounter by use of our proprietary Business Process Management (BPM) process, working towards a common goal that is – success.

Co-Founder & CEO
Neil is known to be a relationship-driven person. He believes in building relationships with partners, customers, and employees. He has over 25+ years of experience in creating and successfully running new ventures in the area of Knowledge Services, Research & Analytics, F& A, Healthcare, Financial Services, and HRO. At Viaante, Neil is focussed on expanding services in New Markets, building alliances and Partnership and fostering an entrepreneurial driven culture within the organization.

Neil likes reading, traveling and is fond of gadgets. He always tries to get his hand around the latest Technology.

Sameer Shah

Co-Founder & COO
Experienced in Core Operations, Technology, Transition and Process Re-engineering, Sameer is a PMP certified professional. Sameer led the Technology and Innovation teams at Hexaware BPS and News Corp. He has experienced hands on various Technologies and has the eye of Innovation and Process Improvement.

Sameer has a solution for any problem and always strives to deliver his best. Customers love him for his innovative and practical solutions.

Sameer loves traveling, watching movies and is an avid Technology geek.
