Job Description:-

  • Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for in-house requirements
  • Understand manpower and recruitment requirements from concerned HOD convert them in Job Description and post them on career portals independently.
  • Sourcing resumes, screening and interviewing candidates, interview scheduling, & administering tests.
  • Usage of different sourcing channels effectively to create relevant candidate database.
  • Following up with candidates for interview scheduling and on-boarding.
  • Coordinating with different internal/external stakeholders if requiredCandidate must:

    Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

    Have a passion for recruitment.

Minimum 02 years of experience from a consultancy background.

Qualification: Graduate or MBA (HR)
