Entering 2026 with Clarity: A Message from CEO Neil Parekh

As 2025 comes to a close, I’ve been taking time to reflect — not just on what we achieved at Viaante, but on how we evolved along the way.

This year tested our ability to stay grounded while moving forward. We grew, we adapted, and in many ways, we matured as an organization. Growth didn’t always come from speed; often it came from pausing, listening, and making more intentional choices — about our people, our partnerships, and the problems we choose to solve.

I’m deeply grateful to our teams who showed resilience, ownership, and quiet excellence every day. To our clients and partners — thank you for trusting us and growing alongside us. Progress is never a solo effort.

As we step into 2026, our direction is clear.

 

We’re expanding our AI + human-led service models — not to replace people, but to elevate them. Technology should amplify judgment, not dilute it.

We’re also strengthening our Finance & Accounting services across Europe and the UK, building delivery models that are scalable, compliant, and deeply rooted in operational understanding.

 

More than anything, our focus remains on building solutions that are sustainable, responsible, and people-first — solutions that create long-term value rather than short-term wins.

Leadership, to me, is about stewardship. About making decisions today that we’ll stand by tomorrow. About growing with intent, not noise.

We enter 2026 with clarity, confidence, and momentum — grounded in purpose, and ready for what’s next.
